Right of withdrawal
If you have made a purchase in our online store as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason, provided that you exercise this right within the legal period of 14 calendar days.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through the form available on this page.
To process your request correctly, you must provide the necessary information to identify your order and the products for which you wish to exercise the withdrawal.
Once the request has been submitted:
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
- We will review the information provided and contact you with the next steps for returning the product, where applicable.
- The refund will be made in accordance with applicable regulations and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Important information
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to applicable regulations and to legally established exceptions for certain products or services.
The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as set out in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
By way of example, but not limited to, this includes:
- Goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
